Delivery & Returns

All jewellery pieces are made to order so please allow between 3 to 10 working days from order date to dispatch.  Should you have a special occasion or date that you require the jewellery by, please get in contact to make sure that date can be met.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a final email notification when your order has been dispatched so you know when to expect your delivery.  On the rare occasion, that your jewellery will not be ready within 5 to 10 working days, due to seasonal demands, I will let you know immediately with an estimated dispatch date for your approval.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be with you the following day after dispatch. You will be required to sign upon receipt.

I hope you will enjoy your purchase but should you wish to return any item you have 14 days to do so, for a full refund.

Please send an email to inanorrman@yahoo.co.uk letting me know the package is on its way. Please let me know the reason for the return, and if you would like a replacement, swap or a refund.  All items must be returned in the same unused condition they were received in and in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase.

You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery and recommend you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. I do not take any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the goods were sent in error or were faulty.

Any bespoke orders, commissions or special sizes are non returnable.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
